Ascencia Center for Applied Business and Management Research (CABMR) is an applied research center affiliated with Ascencia Business School – a private higher education institution and a founding member of Collège de Paris – with a focus on practical research in management and business administration to address real-world challenges. CABMR offers opportunities for faculty, students, professionals, and practitioners to conduct applied research activities and participate in relevant symposiums, colloquiums, and conferences. The center also provides support for candidates enrolled within the International DBA program by offering them a “home” to meet and discuss their progress, and to access necessary resources for their professional thesis project.

MISSION AND KEY ROLES
Through a collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach, the CABMR objective is to provide applied research focused on business decision making and critical social-economic-political issues through the transfer and application of academic and industry knowledge. The Center’s research can help organizations and individuals make more effective and efficient decisions.
We addresses real-world challenges in business and management directed at transforming applied research into practical, positive impacts for the business community. It also oversees all applied research-related activities within the Collège de Paris extended international network and affiliated partners; hosting research events, conferences, seminars, and circulating applied research working papers and updates.
Our aims is to provide candidates enrolled in international DBA program with the opportunity to explore applied research opportunities, participate in relavant symposiums, colloquiums and conferences to better integrate into research practices and the research community. The CABMR also provide DBA candidates with a “home” where they can meet and discuss their progress, and where they can have access to the necessary tools and functional resources to support them in their professional thesis project.
CABMR’s cross-disciplinary approach to applied research work is organized around six diverse and specific research axes, each with a focus on addressing critical business challenges and making a positive impact on the business community.
